Token Distribution
The main ICO round started, 2017 at 06:00 GMT
20,000,000 Lord Coin ERC-20 compatible Tokens (LC) will be distributed
Distribution Schedule
10% — 2,000,000 were distributed during Pre ICO in August, 2017
65% — 13,000,000 to be distributed during a period beginning on November 07, 2017 at 06:00 GMT
10 % — 2,000,000 tokens for Active Games studio.
10 % — 2,000,000 tokens for the founders and team are locked on a smart contract for 12 months
5 % — 1,000,000 tokens for Bounty campaign and advisers.
Lock Up period for team tokens
According to Lord Coin distribution rules described in WhitePaper, 10% of created Lord Coins are intended for the team as a means of motivation.
A smart contract prohibits half of this amount from being transferred and/or sold for 6 months counting from the ICO date November 07, 2017. The other half — for 12 months counting from the same date.
This measure is introduced in order to guarantee the team's commitment to long-term success of Lordmancer II.

How to Participate
To participate in the LC Token distribution you will need to send ETH to the Ethereum smart contract address. The LC Tokens will be sent to you immediately after receiving ETH by smart contract address.
Recommended Configuration
In order to make sure contributions are sent and received correctly, we recommend using the following configuration:
Browser — Google Chrome
Wallet — My Ether Wallet

The Ethereum address for the token distribution is: Available on November 07, 2017 at 06:00 GMT

Please review the following before sending ETH

Do not send ETH to smart-contract before November 07, 2017 at 06:00
Any compatible wallet can be used to participate in the token distribution. To be compatible, a wallet must be:
— Ethereum and ERC-20 compatible;
— A web wallet.

If you send ETH to the LC Token Distribution Contract from an exchange account, your LC Tokens will be allocated to the exchange's ETH account, and you may never receive or be able to recover your LC Tokens. To send ETH, you should use your own personal ETH account that you control.

There are many incompatible wallets, please check to make sure that your wallet meets the criteria above before sending any ETH. The following wallets are known to be incompatible wallets; this is not a complete list. Do not use any of the following wallets to participate in the LC Token distribution:
— Any Bitcoin exchange
— Any Ethereum exchange
— Jaxx
— Exodus
— Coinbase
— Poloniex
— Kraken
— Bitstamp
— Bitfinex
— Bittrex
— Cex.io
Please be aware of the following
— LC TOKENS ARE ERC-20 COMPATIBLE TOKENS ON THE ETHEREUM BLOCKCHAIN. LC TOKENS DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHTS, USES, PURPOSE, ATTRIBUTES, FUNCTIONALITIES OR FEATURES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
— PURCHASE OF LC TOKENS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND PURCHASES CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
— LC TOKENS MAY HAVE NO VALUE. YOU MAY LOSE ALL AMOUNTS PAID.
— THERE IS NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE THAT THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING LC TOKENS OR RECEIVING LC TOKENS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE LC TOKENS ARE RELIABLE AND ERROR FREE.
Technical Risks
This LC Token Distribution Contract runs on the Ethereum network; therefore, you need to be aware of certain things.

1. Block Production occurs at Random TimesOn the Ethereum blockchain, timing of block production is determined by proof of work so block production can occur at random times. For example, ETH sent to the LC Token Distribution Contract in the final seconds of a distribution period may not get included for that period. You acknowledge and understand that the Ethereum blockchain may not include your transaction at the time you expect and you may not receive LC Tokens the same day you send ETH.

2. Network CongestionThe Ethereum network is prone to periodic congestion during which transactions can be delayed or lost. Individuals may also intentionally spam the Ethereum network in an attempt to gain an advantage in purchasing cryptographic tokens. You acknowledge and understand that Ethereum block producers may not include your transaction when you want or your transaction may not be included at all. This is a limitation of the Ethereum blockchain and not the LC Token Distribution Contract.

3. Do not send ETH to the LC Token Distribution Contract from an account that you do not control.

LC Tokens will be allocated to the ETH account that has sent ETH. If you send ETH from an exchange or an account that you do not control then you may not receive or be able to claim your LC Tokens.
